Dr. Fee's office staff will process your insurance provided
they have all the information required. They will also assist
you in determining what your insurance may not cover.
The time of your appointment is reserved exclusively for
your consultation and / or treatment. Please advise us
24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
